What hp's are available on the TC series Boomers other than the 29? Has anyone had problems with the 1925 model Boomer, or are the problems Farminlady had restricted to the 1725?

As far as I know, the TC's come in 25, 27, 29, and 33 HP. I've got my new TC29 now, and it's one heck of a machine. The engines have been redesigned in the TC's to take care of the many problems the earlier models had. It's quieter, and more powerful - doesn't bog down at all when I drive the loader into the fill pile, and it will haul a full bucketload of the heavy stuff. I'm just over 36 hours with it now, and I have no complaints! ....

I rec'd my TC29 yesterday and am very pleased with it so far. Last night, I went to work on my 800 ft gravel drive which needed grading very badly. Using the box blade with the forks down, the compacted gravel and grass was ripped up and after 3 or 4 passes with the forks up, the driveway looks great. I also spread about 6 yards of road gravel using the loader to move and sprinkle it as I drove up the road. I am very, very HAPPY BTW, The Boomer has a TWO YEAR WARRANTY on the whole thing and an ADDITIONAL YEAR on the drive train. ....

What are these "TC Boomers" that you are refering to? Are they the same as the New Holland Boomer tractors Models 1530,1630, 1725, 1925? I have the literatre on them, but I was not sure if you were talking the same ones, I have never seen the TC associated with these and the prices I was quoted seemed quite higher than similar Deere tractors. ....

Yup, they're basically the same tractor with a redesigned engine, and a few other minor mods. ....

Glad to hear you're so happy with the new tractor!! Now that I have the TC29, I love mine. I'm glad you mentioned the warranty - I didn't pay attention to thatwhen they replaced the tractor. The old Boomers, I believe, only had a one year,1000hr. warranty. Interesting that they've increased it so much. With the way I'm workin' this tractor, I'll never make it to two years, though! The hours will rack up too fast. ....
